During the Winter of 2025, I designed and developed this short interactive activity to help learners practice emotional awareness in a simple, engaging way.

The goal of this project was to create a micro-learning experience that encourages reflection through choice-based interaction and visual cues.
This interactive piece was created as part of my transition into instructional design and showcases my ability to combine SEL principles, UX thinking, and clear instructional flow.

It was later integrated into a live workshop format to demonstrate blended learning potential.I created the emotional categories, learning flow, microcopy, and all visual elements with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and emotional safety.

The tool is used in workshops, therapy sessions, and home environments to support daily emotional conversations.
